• You are solely responsible for how you use the App, including call recordings and messages you send.

2. Call recording

• The App may provide a call recording feature. You are responsible for ensuring that recording calls is legal in your country or region, and for obtaining any required consent from other parties on the call.
• We do not store, save, or have access to your call recordings. All recordings remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.

3. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your device.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account or device.

4. Third-party services

• The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase, and other ad networks. By using the App, you also agree to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
• Ads may be displayed within the App.

5. Limitation of liability

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the App, including call recordings, messaging, carrier or network failures, or third-party services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use or if we are required to do so by law.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we make material changes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
